Supporting Gemma, Quinn (4) & wee Mia (6 mths) after adored husband & father Jack tragically passed away as a result of a cycling accident
Auckland
We are raising funds to support Gemma, Quinn (4) & wee Mia (6 months) after her beloved husband and much adored father Jack tragically passed away as a result of a cycling accident on 20th December. The family had to make the heart-breaking decision to turn off life-support two days later due to the severity of his injuries.
A bike ride on the first day of Jack’s holidays has left his wife Gemma and two youngsters heartbroken. Their lives are forever altered.
Many of you have reached out to see how you can help honour Jack and support Gemma. Some financial assistance will help provide much-needed support to Gemma and her young family as they navigate the time ahead, allowing them to focus on healing and rebuilding their lives without their beloved Jack.
Your kindness and generosity is truly appreciated.
I have known Gemma since she was a young girl who blossomed into the most gorgeous wife and mother.
Funds will provide much-needed support to Gemma and her young family as they navigate the time ahead with essential items - food, petrol, counselling and assisting with funeral costs. ACC will provide some financial support to the family
Thank you beautiful people 21 January 2025
Kia ora everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Losing Jack so suddenly has been incredibly tough, but your support has made a world of difference for our little family.
Your kindness and generosity have not just helped us financially, it's shown us how much love surrounds us as we navigate the days ahead. I feel so grateful to have such wonderful people - friends, family and the community - step in with open hearts to carry us through.
Thank you for being there for us, for your hugs, your prayers, and your warm words. It means more than you know.
With love,
Gemma, Quinn and Mia xx
