My wife, Serena, passed away on 13 August (Fri).

A few overseas friends have asked me whether they could do something practical to honor her and to share in the family's tough moment.

I want to open up this opportunity for people to do so. When Jesus went to the cross, he was not stoic but surrounded himself with his key disciples; an angel even came and ministered to him. Just thinking how even the Son of God had company of friends around him in his final hours tells me that we should never be stoic.

I am not stoic. If friends want to support us, here is your opportunity. But please do not feel pressured.

Thanks Raj and Rathy. You are very cherished friends. Truly we will miss Serena, I more so and it does not even matter if she was in a wheelchair. I have resolved that in my mind. We will catch up again when travel is allowed again and when life is back to normal ...
