To raise funds to benefit those who are discriminated against and do not receive the benefits they deserve.

$300 of $1,000 goal
Given by 9 generous donors in 24 days

We want to show that as young people we can make an impact for good, by supporting those who are marginalised in our society.

Otago

A group of year 7 children and their teacher want to raise money for others by going without the use of our eyes, ears and dominant arm separately over the 5th-7th of July, 2017. On the 5th we'll be deaf, the 6th we'll be blind, and on the 7th we'll be without our dominant arm. The money raised will go to charities who exist to benefit the basic human needs of people with disabilities.

Matt Hooper's involvement (page creator)

I am the teacher facilitating this fundraiser. This is run by my class with us together. It is something that we are all joining in as a class.

Use of funds

It will directly go to selected charities that are 100% for the benefit of people with disabilities. We also want to give some of the contributed money to our Centre that helps our students with disabilities within our school. Not only do we want to help around the nation; but also locally with those who we know face to face.
