House Fire- Help My Dad
My dad lost his home to a house fire, please help us rebuild his life.
Mākara Beach, Wellington
My dad has recently lost his home of 30+ years and all of his belongings, essentials and sentimental items in a house fire. While we are incredibly grateful that he is safe, he is now facing the reality of starting over with nothing but what he was wearing and his car.
I am asking for any support to help him with essential items, living costs, housing and just getting back on his feet. There will be no financial support provided from insurance.

I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated and shared this give a little page. I am so grateful to see such strong community presence from our Mākara and Ohariu fam. There have been a few donations from people connected to me, who have not met my dad also which is so kind.
After speaking with dad I can confidently say that he is blown away by the kind offers, messages and generosity that he is receiving.
