In June of last year Sonia became very sick and was in a lot of pain resulting in numerous trips to the hospital. She underwent CT scans to determine the cause of her sickness and pain which had the doctors baffled from the start. After 3 weeks of intense intravenous antibiotics, Sonia was finally well enough to go home. While in hospital the doctors surprisingly found shadows on her left lung, we were both in shock. She now has to have 3 monthly scans to keep an eye on margins of growth. There is no guarantee for mainstream treatment. There is no known cure.

Sonia discussed with me at length about radiation, chemo and basically how it was going to effect her and her ability to look after her children. I stand beside her 100% in her decision to forgo this treatment and instead stay well, focused and healthy. Sonia is having weekly intravenous vitamin C, eating organic food and choosing healthy lifestyle options. I want her to not feel restricted by money, which is why I have set up this page to help her.

I'm involved in helping and supporting my very dear friend Sonia to raise awareness and funds for her for alternative treatments and therapies so that she may live a long, happy and healthy life. I want Sonia to be there for her children for many years to come, watching them mature and grow, to be able to support them through their journey's in life.
