Raising funds to help the Haimona whānau travel, stay, and support Robert Corey Haimona during this critical time.
Rotorua, Bay Of Plenty
Our whānau is going through one of the hardest times of our lives.
Robert Corey Haimona is currently in hospital after a brutal altercation while already battling cancer. As if cancer wasn’t enough, our family is now facing the fear and heartbreak of seeing him fight for his life following this violent altercation.
No matter his past, Robert is a son, a brother, a father, and someone who has been trying to make positive changes since his cancer diagnosis. He deserves love, support, and the chance to heal — and his family deserves to be by his side during this critical time.
Right now, our biggest struggle is financial. Family members, including his children and sister, urgently need to travel to be with him. The costs of flights, accommodation, food, transport, and daily living expenses while staying near the hospital are overwhelming.
We are asking for support to help bring our whānau together so Robert does not face this alone. The funds raised will go directly toward:
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation near the hospital
• Food and daily living costs
• Supporting his children and close family while they are away from home
This has shaken our entire family. We are already grieving other recent losses, and this has added another heavy burden.
Any donation, big or small, will help us stay together during this time. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this page.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with the Haimona whānau.
She is the baby of our whanau and is currently in NZ Rotorua. Closer for her to get to our brother.
