Hi there. Am curious as to what the “life insurance stand down” that apparently applies here, as in my many years in the business I’ve not heard of that? Happy to offer you some advice assistance if you’re dealing with a difficult insurer. I take it there was some in place prior?

Hi Ray,

Thanks for your offer, Alex is meeting with the bank to hopefully get it sorted. Of what I gather there were issues with Jess' job as a groomer being a "very dangerous" profession and a 13month stand down. I don't have all the info but if he needs any more advice I will touch base.
