In Memory of our Beautiful Catelyn. Forever 17. X

Catelyn forever 17.

April 12th 2022 a day we will never forget, embedded in our memories forever.

Catelyn suffered a catastrophic seizure, aspirated then went into cardiac arrest. Caty was declared brain dead after arriving into ICU at CHCH Hospital.

Caty held on for two days until she left this world on April 14th.

She tried so hard, I know she did. Our Warrior.

This was and still is the most painful day we’ve been through as a family. This is when we lost our best friend, our daughter.

Those who knew Caty loved her, she had a heart of gold with the most vivacious personality, despite Caty’s disabilities she was a ray of sunshine to all, and never let her disabilities stop her from living life.

We’ve had an amazing amount of support during our time of sadness, we with the help of my workplace raised just over $2000 for our local firefighters through a bake stall, now after a few suggestions from beautiful humans I have set up this fundraiser for anyone that may want to contribute to Caty’s headstone.
