The Open is closed and we are extremely proud of our Instinct Fitness athletes (Luke Fiso and Emma Wright) who have successfully made it to the CrossFit Games Australian Regional's event in 2016.

This event is in a few weeks time and we are helping support Luke and Emma's - Road to Regional's journey by raising funds to get them there.

All funds raised will go to Luke and Emma's travels.
