Insurance excess

My name is Sonya Gutsell I have created this to see if I can get some help as I have looked at other options with no success. I had an accident in which damaged my car bumper. I am unable to find the funds to pay for my excess for my insurance to be able to fix it, so I'm reaching out to see if anyone could find it in there heart to help me. I am a sole parent of 2 children and I live in a small community with no family around to help me transport my children and myself to go and get groceries and doctors if needed. I am in need of $400 to get my car fixed in which I have asked w.i.n.z if they could help but turned down straight away.
I would be internally greatful for any help please..
