I just recently lost my job due to COVID19. I decided that I want to take control of my own destiny and do what I like the most- to make people happy with my flower. I believe I can pull this out but needed some financial support to start it up. I have a Certificate in Floristy (level 3) and have been working in a few flower shops around Auckland.

This is my dream to have my own little shop and give happiness to people. As a florist I noticed that all my clients always have big smiles whenever they buy or receive a bouquet of flowers. This makes my day and I want to spread the act of kindness especially now than ever and perhaps I could help those in need someday as my good deeds back to you all, who support me to set up my flower shop.

I will keep you all posted on the progress and you are welcome to pop in the shop (once that is established) and pick up your free posies someday in the future.

Baby steps 12 June 2020

I have asked for small corner within the dairy shop in town to lease and happy to inform you that the owner is happy to lease it to me for $1500 per month all inclusive.

I have signed up to me a member of Auckland Flower Wholesaler which will enable me to purchase flowers on auction.

Next step, to work on website and list of the equipment as well as supplies needed.

Slowly but surely it will take place.
