3 people affected through this ordeal mum with pre clamsia baby born prem dad diagnosed leukemia

Waikato

Hi I am writing in support of 3 special people who have been through so much.

Kirana is my daughter who spent her 18th bday in hospital where she stayed for the next 2 an half months, with pre clamsia traumatised through this we almost lost my daughter and grand daughter as they ended up doing an emergency c-section on the 11th of May my girls blood pressure reached 200/140 and was hard to stablise, my grand daughter was born 6 wks prem and was incubated and kept in the new born intensive care unit..and Kiriana was still having to be monitored, my son inlaw slept in the car as the hospital regulations wouldnt allow him to stay, but so dedicated he didnt care as long as he was near,we live in the king country we had to travel to the city hospital in Hamilton so between work hospital and he would travel.

It was hard sorry been hard to watch them go through this for so long.Due to my daughter an her condition Isaiah finished work, to be there to help with baby so finaces slimmed out me and my husband were finacially supporting them..

Baby was not allowed to leave the hospital till she was a good weight so finally things were looking up.

Baby and mum were released ending of June.

Early August we were hit with another blow Isaiah became unwell not even 2 mths later, fitigue no longer could hold food down, doctors said intergestion.another wk he has a swallon face like a tooth probem doctor told him to go dentist which he did,had 2 pulled, another week he lost alot of weight im really worried,I kicked him back to the doctors, when they done blood test, doc sent them as urgent Isaiah was so white barely able to walk, the worst news ever, when docs ask him to return,You have accute Leukimia you have to get to the hospital in Hamilton,We still sinking it all in tears emotion was just such dis belief holding my grand daughter was so hard tears would build up,heart racing is this it for my two girls not understanding this at all,lt was to much, all in this one year.

Diagnosed with accute Leukimia type B Waikato is unable to treat it, they are sent to Auckland Hospital just so heart broken we all so shocked tears just poured down our faces been through so much already so traumatising for them what heck is this we are all so lost but we know we have to fight this,me and my husband used our savings supporting them and have no regrets doing this but they have such a long journey ahead they need all the help they can get, and we have to let go of our pride and ask for help as we are proud people and hold our own, but its just been to much on them emotionally, physically etc and we are so proud of our son inlaw and daughter as they still hold there heads up and willing to not give up just amazing now kiriana turn to be by his side and that she has this whole journey they have held one another just so incredible there strengh for one another .

They have faced all sorts of challengers on top of this un needed ones like even had there food stolen from the hospital for example, and its just been a rollercoaster a real long one at that.,me and my husband are caring for baby our granddaughter, as the hospital has made it extremely hard for them to be comfortable having baby with them understandably having baby watch daddy go through this we get it,but we feel there pain to as it does'nt make it easy being seperated , its really hard truly sad...so its just been one thing after another but we aint gonna give up;so PLEASE PLEASE HELP THEM would truly be greatful 3 strong people here
