Help the family of baby Jackson

My name is Brooke Barnett, I am 19 years old and I live in Dunedin, I am the daughter of Liana Gregg, Who is currently in the Auckland Starship Children's Hospital with my new little brother Jackson Duncan Broome and the rest of my family. Having a new member of the family should be a very exciting time for everyone to come together and celebrate but unfortunately, this time for my family is a lot more stressful and worrying than happy and special.

Later on in my mother's pregnancy did she discover Jackson has a heart problem, This was heartbreaking news for all of us. She soon learned his birth was not going to be so straightforward and easy. Jackson has transposition of the great arteries and he also has a hole in his heart. He has had a heart surgery only being a few hours old to keep him alive for the next one, whilst remaining in a comatose state, to have another operation around 5 days old to try to fix the problem.

. He was born fighting and we will get through this with a little help.

Please help me comfort my family at this hard time, They need to be worrying about whats important and not financial issues while they will be up there. Anything is appreciated and we will be forever grateful.
