A rising tenpin bowling star at age 12 with amazing goals and the determination to achieve them all!!
Bay Of Plenty
From New Zealand’s Bay of Plenty region, Jade Lang has already made remarkable achievements in the world of ten‑pin bowling at just 12 years old:
She competes at Tenpin Tauranga, where she maintains an impressive High Game of 214, a High 3‑Game Series of 567, and a High 4‑Game Series of 691.
Jade earned the title of 2024 National Open Graded Champion, becoming the youngest ever to hold that title at age 11.
She also set the 2024 National Graded Singles Record and is recognized as the youngest to achieve it.
Additionally, she was crowned 2024 Tauranga Classic U18 Girls Champion and is currently ranked #6 in New Zealand U18 Girls and #11 in NZ U21 Women, also serving as an NZ U18 Representative Squad Member.
Jade is fundraising like mad to cover costs for the 2026 tournaments and championships across NZ and in Australia. Grants are not available to Jade as an individual sports athlete due to being under 16 years old.
Jade regularly creates smalls things to sell at markets, runs sausage sizzles, does small jobs and makes and sells dessert at her local halls happy hour once a month during summer.
I am Rachelle Lang, Jade's Mother.
All fundraising is dedicated to Jade's tenpin bowling training fees, league fees, bowling equipment, tournament and championship entry fees, travel and accomodation.
