I create heart based wellness content to cultivate peace and healing in our world.

I envision thriving communities lead by wisdom, and so i founded the 'Life Illumined' project; giving people of all stages of life access to meditation experiences that heal, inspire, restore and cultivate spiritual awareness.

My mission is to support people in their daily struggles with lack of sleep, anxiety, depression, loss, grief and the long list of other challenges we face, to re-align and begin to see a brighter future.
