    Kia ora friends and whānau. I'm delighted to report Jane is doing really well right now. She is remarkable, and although still fighting some nasty infections, is making the best of every moment. One of her greatest sadnesses is no longer being able to cook, it is her love language. But we have a workaround, and that is she directs everything from the dining table in short bursts, with naps in between, with a team of kitchen hands. Your love, blessings and koha have been enormous enabling Jane's quality of life for the time she still has. Thank you so much from all of us. We are still taking donations to help the next stages of the journey, but Jane has requested we close this page this month.

  • Making the Best of Every Day

    After some debilitating infections, Jane is once again bouncing back. Today for the first time in ages, she got out in the sun on the deck, soaking up some Vitamin D which is a great tonic on a cancer journey. Thank you once again for all the very kind thoughts, blessings, love, and koha, that is taking so much stress away and enabling Jane to live and work to heal on her own terms in her own time, at home, with family and friends. Every day is precious.

  • Deep Gratitude

    Mōrena (good morning) the generosity of our global community here is amazing. Thank you so much to all of you who have been sending some beautiful messages, donating and sharing. Jane has dedicated her life to community and it is wonderful to see her community rallying to support her and us. Andrew shares he has been blessed to spend 40 years beside Jane, learning so much about unconditional love and support for others, a longer story he will write one day. In this time of great hardship for so many around the world, with failing economic and environmental systems that focus on elevating the individual, working together as community, as collectives, as so many ancient cultures show us is our way forward. It is a way of living that Jane has always espoused. #gratefulheart
