Get Jasmine to Southern Smoulder Festival!

The Kitchen Sink is a theme camp that was created by Jasmine Shadbolt and friends for the 2017 Kiwiburn.

The camp hosted 27 friends with an amazing lounge setup and incredible food made by our two awesome chef friends.

We then hosted multiple public events open to the festival including 'Robotify Yourself', 'Brinner' (Breakfast for Dinner), Popcorn and Soup Night. In addition we performed with the Two Stilt Walking Fauns and Pyro Dancers around the Effigy on burn night.

This Give A Little account was made to thank you our friend Jasmine Shadbolt in creating the amazing camp and community and investing so much of her time and money into it.

Jasmine took a month off work to setup the camp on and off-site, plus spent countless hours in the 9 months prior to Kiwiburn planning it. Her attention to detail was flawless (it even included making a physical scale model of the camp setup!!!). She also invested a large amount of her own funds in the camp on top of the camp fees we all contributed too.

Onsite she was a frigging superstar arriving days before and leaving days after and helping to create an incredible home for 27 people for the week of Kiwi

We want to raise some funds through our campmates and Kiwiburn participants to get her to the Southern Burn (Southern Smoulder) in March 2017 as a gift of appreciation for her hard work and selfless investment in our community.

The funds will cover getting her a ticket, transport, some food and a small costume budget for the Southern Smoulder event in the South Island in March. Once there we can make sure she parties and relaxes as she was all go at Kiwiburn!

The page is mainly created for donations from campmates at the kitchen sink, however we also wanted to make it open to everyone including other Kiwiburn participants that may have experience some of the magic of the 'Kitchen Sink' this year and want to help contribute to the fun.
