Making Big Cheers with Jiordy in Las Vegas

Jiordyn aka PomPom had her first elite cheerleading taster when she was 9yrs old. Bring It On movies were soon on repeat and girlie giggles about choreography and tumble became the thing.

She left cheer a year later due to circumstances and to focus on school. She sampled many other sports with great results and maintained her tumble skill (gymnastics) We all knew she still secretly pinned for a return to cheerleading.

After a skill evaluation in Dec 2016 Jiordyn was selected to join a new cheerleading team on her 13th Birthday. Her shock and excitement escalated when she realised the team had also been selected to compete at the All Star Games Las Vegas this April 2017. Not only is this once in a lifetime opportunity a huge deal for a young athlete she also realised just how fortunate she was to be selected for an international comp so soon after her 4yr break! Her purposeful dedication to remain "cheer" conditioned paid off. We were all so super proud of her.

With such a tight window to get funds together, while considering her training schedule, fundraising and the stress of starting high school this year we wanted to help Jiordy out

All proceeds raised will pay for return flights and accommodation, games entry, coach levies and further necessities (like meals) to survive from 5th-12April.

We are very grateful for the current and ongoing support so far and hope more can be gained to get this shy and rising young athlete over seas in time.
