I’m incredibly honoured to have once again been selected to represent Aotearoa New Zealand at the IVF Va’a World Sprint Championships in Singapore this August as part of the NZ Elite Para Waka Ama squad.
This will be my fifth time representing New Zealand in Waka Ama, something I’m extremely proud of. Waka Ama has given me opportunities, connections, purpose, and the chance to compete alongside an amazing community on the world stage.
As with many international campaigns, there are significant costs involved, including flights, accommodation, uniforms, training, and competition fees. I’m currently fundraising to help make this journey possible.
Any support, big or small, will help cover essential costs and enable me to proudly represent New Zealand whānau and friends in Singapore.
