Giving health and hope to those we serve
Auckland
The Jona and Nana Mlotshwa Clinic ( named after the founder’s parents) is a Hope for Mtshabezi run clinic. Hope for Mtshabezi was founded in 2005 by a group of Zimbabwean professionals in the USA diaspora. Dr. Ernest Simela. Mrs. Doreen Khumalo and Mrs. Hlengiwe Lindani Sibanda. The clinic has evolved from a long history of partnering with other hospitals in the area (2005-2008) and (2008-2016) setting up free clinics also known as Community Health outreaches in different areas of the Gwanda District. Therefore we need on-going donations to continue supporting the high demand for quality healthcare.
Jona Clinic is located in my hometown, the village I was born and raised in and I have seen firsthand the change that the clinic has provided to the community.
Equipping the staff at Jona Clinic to continue provide high quality affordable healthcare to anyone who seeks our services.
