LIVER LIFE: WORTH LIVING ... Live a life worth living
Nationwide
Jorden seems like a typical 11 year old girl ... Loves school, swimming, sports, jumping off the wharf, participating in Tryathlons and Caring for rare birds!
Jorden's story is a long one, with many more chapters to add ...
Jorden was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia, and at only 5 months old we were told she would not live long enough to celebrate her 1st birthday. Nobody knew then how determined and resilient she could be and Jordy received a life saving liver transplant in 2006, aged 2years 10
She is now living the (close to) normal life that every kiwi kid deserves with her whanau on Great Barrier Island. She goes to Starship every 3 months, has regular blood work done to monitor her stability and takes medication every morning and every night, a routine we gladly accept will be life long.
The short of it though is quite simple. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
She has been offered a place in a TACKERS camp, held in Anzere Switzerland specifically for transplant kids. 50 kids from all around the world meet, ski and snowboard together and hopefully build great friendships! Some of the costs will be covered and we need help raising funds for the bits that aren't.
It is here that we ask you to "Give a little" in any way you can.
..... Thank you for your support!

Thank you aunty and uncle! 28 October 2014
We really appreciate your support but you didn't have to give so much! We will try to give back somehow in the future ... We are really good at cups of tea and dishes! Lots of Love Jordy and Taedyn {honeybee & sunshine}
