Help Julie get through 6 months of treatment

Julie is a stunning, warm and very much loved daughter, sister, aunty, friend and all round amazing human being.

Earlier in 2015 she was diagnosed with breast cancer (which from here on will be known only as Eugene) and at the tender age of 33 she is having to deal with most peoples worst nightmare. Following her double mastectomy she will now begin Chemo and Radiation treatment in Christchurch and is planning to be back at home in Marlborough by Christmas 2015.

Here's the reality of the situation - Jules treatment isn't costing her money. But her indefinite period off work and the tiny amount of financial help given from the government absolutely doesn't cut the mustard with everyday living costs and maintaining her quality of life during treatment and afterwards. Something we often don't realise in these situations is people's lives are put on hold and no one is there to come to the party with any financial assistance!

Jules is absolutely not a charity case and we'll have you know she is cringing at the idea of this page being setup! She has amazing family and friends supporting her and knows there are many many people out there in need. But we are sure that you, just like us, will love an easy way to share the love and help her where she needs it most right now - the pocket!
