Hi my name is Eva Small and I'm 14 years old. I have been training and competing in freeride skiing near my hometown of Wanaka. I recently won a wildcard invitation to compete at the World Junior Freeride champs, which will be held at Kappl, Austria in January 2025. There are other people and causes more worthy than mine, but if you feel like donating it will help the dream become a reality.

She will be doing her best to fundraise too, like babysitting, washing cars, and also just helping people in our community which won't be for money. Any funds raised will be spend directly towards the trip - return flights are the biggest expense, transport...

We did it! 29 January 2025
On behalf of Eva we'd like to say a huge thanks to you. Your support of this grassroots mission really helped. Eva made it to the 2025 YETI World Junior Freeride Championships in Kappl Austria, reached the end safely, and had a successful run. She placed 4th in the world and was the youngest competitor, up against U18s in her division.

Eva participated in another comp afterwards while she was in the area – a 3 star Junior Freeride World Tour comp at Silvretta Montafon, where she placed 2nd, another great result! Now home to summer.
