Help Serena Kick Cancers Butt Again

Serena is Mum to three kids aged 9, 14 and 17. Married to the love of her life, Dave for 22+ years. She is in her final year of completing her vet nursing & began to feel unwell at the beginning of this year. A lump appeared in the right area of Serenas lymph node in her neck and she noticed it continued to grow, becoming quite painful so went to see her GP back in May.

Since then she’s had numerous tests, surgery and is about to embark on a gruelling round of radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy. She also has to undergo surgery again to have a PEG (feeding tube) inserted. This is not her first time battling cancer, 20 years ago she bet it once & it’s time to kick butt again.

If you know Serena like I do (& I have for over 20 years), you’ll know she’s super sparkly, fun loving, gives her love & her time wherever it’s needed, whenever you need it. Her family & friends mean the world to her & she means the world to us.

In her own words -

My official diagnosis is cancernoma. They have found cancer in the lump in my lymph node in my neck, along with cancer in the back of my nose. But they can't find the source of it hence the amount of radiation range now required and a feeding tube.
