Justice for a 10 years old Little Angel Maria Eduarda

On April 28, 2025, a bright, healthy 10-year-old girl named Maria Eduarda tragically passed away in Bauru, Brazil. Her death was sudden, painful, and full of unanswered questions.

It all began with a simple earache. Her mother, Taila, took her to the hospital, where doctors gave her medication. But then Maria began experiencing abdominal pain. A doctor requested an ultrasound to rule out appendicitis and referred her to another hospital. However, when they arrived, no ultrasound was done—only an X-ray. They proceeded with emergency surgery for suspected appendicitis.

After surgery, Maria's condition drastically worsened. She was taken back into surgery, and soon after, her limbs began showing signs of necrosis. She had to undergo amputation of one arm and one leg. Days later, her little heart stopped.
