Justice for Brad and change for New Zealand

We stand to fight for Brad – a much loved Son, Brother, Uncle and Cousin to his family. Brad was also a friend, co-worker, colleague and a human being.

We lost our beautiful Brad at the hands of a person who was supposed to be monitored and kept safe as well. We believe that The Department of Corrections was negligent, simply by not providing the safety our Brad deserved while he was in their care. We will fight so this can never happen again to any other family. It is our family's view that the Department of Corrections could have prevented Brad's death.

How could Brad be so brutally assaulted in a country supposedly founded and built on human rights and fairness. It is of public record how our beloved Brad was brutally taken from us and we intend to take this public fight to the highest level to get justice and create change.

What has happened to us is the worst that can possibly happen to any family. While it is our deepest hope that no other family will experience the horror and tragedy that we have gone through, there is no guarantee unless we push for relevant changes in the Corrections Department and the justice system as a whole.

We are now facing the biggest challenge of our life by considering all courses of legal action against the Department of Corrections for the wrongful death of our son, brother, uncle and friend to many. Getting the funding for our fight for justice for Brad will be tough.

We are hoping that the good people of New Zealand will once again stand with us by donating towards the realistic cost of our fight for justice

We our counting on your help, even if it is only $1, it will help us investigate what really happened and should have happened in the ‘management’ of Brad. We strongly believe that we need to put a stop to this vicious cycle.

Together let us show them the power of the people. NEVER AGAIN! We ALL deserve better.
