Hi Aunty Alex, Ka’iulani and family,
We are the Student Leadership Group from Westmount School, Waikato Campus a small school of 150 students in Eureka - the outskirts of Hamilton. Over the past two weeks, we have held multiple fundraisers to support Ka’iulani and her ongoing medical costs. We have raised a substantial amount for you and would like to present you with a cheque at our next school assembly. We were wondering if you would like to please get in touch with the below email address to arrange further details :)
Look forward to hearing from you!
On behalf of the student leadership team;

Rawiri asks
Kia Ora
My name is Rawiri and I am from Poihakena marae in Whaingaroa Raglan.
We have had hui about Ka'uilani recognising she is a moko who has whakapapa links to the marae.
We will be inviting a donation from the marae, as well as seeing what else we can do to contribute.
Our next hui is the first Sunday of April at 10am at Poihakena marae. We will be having further discussion about Ka'uilani.
Do you have an indication of how much you need? I will be asking that we also fundraise.
I can be contacted at twwoth@live.com or 0224246974
Nga mihi aroha
