One week ago Kasey an energy filled and fun loving 13 year old was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer. Kasey thought she had a sinus infection and her goal was to get better in 17 days so she could play soccer in the rep team she is a part of. I guess life had other plans and as soon as she was diagnosed had to be admitted to start chemotherapy. Kasey lives in San Diego and her nana (Dede) lives here in NZ so we'd like to raise money so the family can be together and because Kasey will lose her hair I am shaving mine. We would love Kasey to see the support she has in NZ so I will shave my hair on 15 December and either Skype or Facetime Kasey so she can hopefully have a giggle with us. (This date could change if on that date Kasey is unwell due to chemotherapy treatment). Any donation will be greatly appreciated to help keep the family together during this difficult time.
