UPDATE...

I have applied for a grant through the Lotteries Commission - Individuals with disabilities.

This was unsuccessful. This is quite a set back for me. I have spoken with the grant committee and I now know what I need to change in my application. I have reapplied, for a modified vehicle -a vehicle with a lift, this is their preference for financial support. I have to fundraise the rest for the all-terrain wheelchair.

So I am creating my page again to help achieve my dream. Here is the link for my original page:

A Heartfelt Thank You!

Wow, what a year it has been! Goldie and I want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has prayed, supported, and given to help me get my All Terrain Wheels. I’m thrilled to share that it’s officially ordered and will be delivered in January – it’s just around the corner! Goldie better get his running shoes on to keep up with me, or he’ll be eating my dust!

The next step in this incredible journey is that I’ve applied for a grant through the ‘Lottery Individuals with Disabilities’ to get a vehicle and lift/hoist to transport my Omeo. I’m eagerly waiting for the committee’s decision, which will be announced on December 20th. Please keep me in your prayers as I wait for their response!

Goldie and I send our biggest hugs and love to each and every one of you. Your support means the world to us!
