Keeping the Lights On at The Women's Centre

We urgently need your help to keep our service to the community open!

We operate on a very tight budget that is solely funded by grants & donations and we keep going through the good will of our team of dedicated volunteers.

We have been running on the smell of an oily rag for a long time but an increase in our operating costs, such as rent, is stretching our finances, and we need your help to keep the lights on for the Women of Christchurch.

The Women’s Centre has been operating for over 30 years and is a pivotal, not-for-profit, service within the Christchurch community, providing a range of low and no-cost services in a women-only environment.

Please donate to help us keep the lights on for Women in our community as we continue to offer these much needed services to our city including: Free counselling, Crisis Support, Resources and Advocacy, Drop-in space, Library, Legal Advice and Low Rent rooms for other community organisations.
