Kelsey's Fiji Mission Trip

As a part of my gap year, I've been given the cool opportunity to take part in Word of Life's Youth Reachout trip to Fiji 2025! Youth Reachout is a 3 wk course on learning effective evangelism skills and putting them into practice. On the trip we'll be focusing on practical ministry in a cross-cultural missions context and spiritual growth/development. We'll start by running an after school programme, then a weekend camp for youth and later reach out into local schools, youth groups and churches to work alongside those over there sharing the light of Jesus with others!

I'm super excited for this learning experience as the lead up to it has been a cool testimony of God opening doors and allowing me to meet certain people along the way. I'm really hoping to gain some practical knowledge as well as widening my perspective on life and having fun serving!

As I prepare and head off on this trip I'd really appreciate prayer. It would be cool to know that as I am away I'm backed up by prayer from my family, friends and church family. In addition to this, there are some costs I need to cover in order to go on this trip and so if you are able and that's a way you'd like to support me there is a chance to do that on here.

The total cost of the trip is $3900, however I have already put together $1900.

This leaves $2000 to raise before the 21st of May
