Tēna koutou beautiful whanau around the motu
We are a little whanau/kaupapa maori (me & my 3 Tamariki) on a mission to create a space for the voices of Wāhine/Kōhine & whanau/ Menstrual cycle/īkura /wellbeing experts to share their lived experiences, wisdom, knowledge and practices. Our aim is to ensure their are a wide variety of resources readily available for wāhine & whanau & kaupapa to access. We are so excited to be of service & continue to help create healthy positive change in Aotearoa
We believe in supporting the wellbeing of our wāhine & māmā for healthy thriving communities through sharing knowledge on honouring cycles & creating spaces for both wāhine & whanau to fill their own Kete īkura in sustainable ways.
Kete Īkura is a tangible & intangible practice & tool to support wahine & whanau with navigating internal & external cycles (īkura - menstruation) & rhythms recently we birthed this whakaaro into a Podcast.
