Update for 12/05/2013 12 May 2013
We are extremely excited to be welcoming some new faces to Kia Ora CLC throughout this year. gVolunteers are very important to our schoolh says Ayub. They provide new and fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm beneficial to the children, the staff and the community of Kangemi. We are happy to have Cheryl & Amy from Scotland in July, Hannah from NZ in August, and Christine & Michael from NZ in October. We canft wait to have them come on board and hope their experience at Kia Ora will leave them feeling rewarded to have been able to play a part in our kids lives both at the school and their home lives. Last year we had Maureen on-board for a month and she was invaluable to us, with her hard work implementing basic administration systems into the school. We canft thank our volunteers enough for their dedication to Kia Ora CLC.
