Helping kids in South Sudan
Raising money to donate to Tear fund towards kids in South Sudan.

South Sudan is one of the poorest countries in the world and life there is made immeasurably harder by civil war. I've set up this page so that I can receive donations instead of presents for my birthday or Christmas. I will be passing this money on to Tear Fund https://www.tearfund.org.nz/South-Sudan-Refugee-Appeal

I want to raise money to be able to give something towards children who are particularly vulnerable in this nation. I am so aware that my family and my children live in such comfort and security, and I want to sacrifice my birthday and Christmas presents this year for this cause. I've been inspired by the amazing sacrifice that my brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Larné, in going to live and work in South Sudan during 2015/2016.
