Fire response to help Kim and the kids rebuild their home

Kia ora everyone reading this, my siblings and I have decided to put up a give a little page for our sister Kim and her 2 kids after they lost their home to a fire. It has been a very difficult incident to process but we are very relieved that although they have lost all of their possessions, the memories, photos and the house, we are incredibly grateful that no one was hurt.
There has been an overwhelming response from people near and far wanting to help in someway but we are still processing what has happened and still unsure where to start so we have decided the best option was to set up a give a little page on behalf of Kim and the kids to help them out as they find their feet.
Kim does have insurance and in time they will have a new whare.
Thank you again to all who have koha, sent messages, love and support for Kim and the kids.

Clean up 10 June 2024
Thank you all for the koha that have flowed in for my sister and her kids. They are humbled to know that soo many people care for them and have taken the time to help them in their rebuild journey.
Last weekend we were allowed to start clearing what remains of the house and sheds. Thank you again to all those who have and continue to help.
