The Kindness Collective supports those in our community that need a little bit of kindness!

THE KINDNESS COLLECTIVE, A GROUP OF PEOPLE MAKING KINDNESS A PRIORITY!
Founded in 2013, The Kindness Collective began as a small, nameless, grassroots organization for a group of people to help out others in their local community. The now named Kindness Collective has grown a little bigger with over 300 members actively getting involved with and contributing to various projects.
The Kindness Collective has been working with a group of Women's Refuge charities in Auckland for over 6 years including providing them with Christmas presents for over 100 children, food and Countdown vouchers and is now in the process of remodelling one of the house's playgrounds.
The Kindness Collective has worked with charitable organisations like the Women’s Refuge but also The Red Cross, Disability Connect, Autism New Zealand and has been spreading a little bit of kindness into the lives of individuals that they've come into contact with over the years.
The goal is to connect charities, groups and individuals with businesses and Kindness Collective members who can provide assistance with projects and day to day needs where required.
It's easy to be kind and it's easy to help. We want to make it simple for people to be both.

CURRENT PROJECTS:
1. Playground: We have achieved a lot with the space but still need to finish it up! Get in touch to see how you can help.
2. Easter: Easter is coming up and there are lots of children going through the Refuges that don't often get a fun Easter experience, so we're collecting Eggs and PJs! Our hope is that every child will get a brand new pair of warm PJs and a large Easter Egg, plus we're collecting extra eggs so the kids can do a big hunt on the Sunday morning.
3. As always we're collecting donations for Countdown vouchers so we can ensure the houses and their kitchens are always topped up with food and toiletries for the families that stay there.
Every little bit counts and we so appreciate your support and kindness.
I am the founder of the Kindness Collective.
Will purchase matting for the playground, vegetables, fruit trees to create and plant gardens, new playground equipment, building materials for playground, 2 picnic tables, sandpit, paint for fences, tiles for gardens and trampoline.
