King kurtis knee op

Kurtis 🐕 is our friends baby boy, our friend and a friendly member of our Devonport community. His energy is boundless, and the thing he loves most is chasing sticks (anywhere) but without surgery he won't be able to do this. If you are a local in Devonport you will know his sweet little face from Vondel.

I read a quote recently that said, ‘If people had hearts like dogs, the world would be full of love, loyalty, and head tilting – lots of head tilting.’ If you’re a dog-lover, I imagine you’re smiling at these words just as I did.

Unfortunately Kurtis has ruptured his ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) and pet insurance won't cover his injury due to a stupid stand down period of 90 days 🙄

The vet explained that he really needs this surgery to be able to run freely again, be free of pain and to not increase the damage that has already happened.

Sam would never ask for money so I am asking for him!!

I am hoping that there are kind dog lovers who will help with some of these costs. Every dollar will help!!
