My dream-home build has stalled and I am in debt to dedicated local builders who need payment for their own family expenses. Construction took an unforeseen turn in May. The first kit-set delivery was wrong and every consequent delivery has been wrong too. Missing items, mistakes in lengths and sizing, overdue shipments…my builders spent hours on the phone so often, chasing the kitset-supply company’s mistakes - looking for fully-paid up but missing materials that continued to interrupt their building flow.
It began to rain, walls warped, extra work and precautions were required now. We tied down, covered and clamped as much as possible, waiting for the correct supplies. A 9-week build is now 37 weeks. I kept paying my builders, but my budget was running out as they coped creatively, committed to completion...Now, I’m raising money to honour desperately-needed payment for their outstanding invoices and to help them finish.

My local builders’ current outstanding invoices and completion of the project if possible.
