One goal for the tournament was to weigh under 100kg, I started the year at 110kg, and now I am 97kg. Should I aim for 95kg?
A rare change from the World Kido Federation has allowed me to enter with my favorite weapon, the 6-foot staff (Jung Bong) to demonstrate my skills in a pattern (Hyung).
I have three weighted 6-foot staffs, light, medium, and heavy, and yes they do hurt getting smacked on the head!
Flights & hotels booked. Transport and food is unknown at this stage.
I have booked my return flights to Korea!
