straight to pilot season!

Kia Ora guys! My name is Mattias Inwood and I'm a kiwi actor.

At the beginning of the year I was fortunate enough to Be able to work on MTV's "The Shannara Chronicles".

This has launched me into the US market where I'm going in January to be a part of pilot season. For those of you who don't know, pilot season is the period of time where they cast for all the up and coming TV shows for the rest of the year. It's a great opportunity to find work and pursue my passion in the performing arts.

Luckily, the New Zealand Film Commission have been kind enough to offer me some funding for the venture, this has been enough to cover costs of flights and rent for the time I'm over there, unfortunately this has left me lacking in funds for food and transport to and from auditions which will undoubtedly be my biggest expense.

I've been acting since I was 8 years old and more professionally in the last couple of years. It's Important that I hold on to the momentum and success I've had from Shannara and stay focused to achieve my goals. Any donations made are helping me get one step closer to where I need to go in making my dreams a reality.
