A quick, heartfelt update 🤍
During a moment of real panic, I set up a small crowdfunding page, and to date, $170 has been raised. I want to say a genuine thank you to everyone who supported it. That kindness landed at a time when it truly mattered.
I’m also really conscious that many people are doing it tough right now. With some positive changes on my end, I want to be open and transparent that my situation has improved. Because of that, I fully understand and accept that the crowdfunding may naturally slow, and I’m completely okay with that.
If any further support does come through, please know it’s received with deep gratitude, not expectation. Thank you for the generosity, encouragement, and community spirit that continues to remind me why indie radio matters.
Something has come in. I’m still in the final reference check stage and expect clarity by mid week. It’s an uncertain moment, but there’s a chance this could lead to a five month fixed-term role.
I’m deeply thankful for the support and kindness shown here during a difficult period. Knowing this community was there helped steady me when things felt very overwhelming.
