Fundraising four talented Dreamers to represent New Zealand in Broadway New York!
Auckland
In January 2018, 80 students of all ages from across NZ took part in a worldwide programme called Broadway Dreams. This was the first time the programme had been offered in NZ. This was the opportunity of a lifetime where people with a love and passion for musical theatre were given the chance to work with and be trained by professional directors, choreographers, musical directors and performers from Broadway in New York!
From this summer intensive programme, 4 talented students were selected to travel to New York to take part in the final showcase where the best talent from the intensive programmes from around the world come together. Here they train together and then perform in front of the best Broadway creatives, it is their chance to 'be seen' by the people that matter in the industry.
The four students that were selected to represent New Zealand are Geena Hutton, Kristin Paulse, Jaxson Cook and Paris Jagger.
As they prepare to set off on the biggest opportunity of their lives there are costs that come alongside the excitement, including accomodation, transport and day to day living costs.
Any contribution that can be made to assist these performers as the represent New Zealand is greatly appreciated.
Funds will be used for accommodation, transport, additional living costs within New York
