Kiwi’s Life Saving Surgery.
Help Kiwi see his second birthday and many more with his PU surgery.

Kiwi has suddenly suffered two urinary blockages within a week. With every treatment so far he has been trying his absolute hardest to get over this hurdle, and has been incredibly brave. He now needs a perineal urethrostomy (PU) surgery to prevent further blockages and safe his life. Kiwi is full of life with his silly antics, playful fighting & nonstop purring cuddles. His second birthday is coming up on October 28th & I want to be able to celebrate with him.

Kiwi's surgery update! 27 September 2025
Kiwi has received his surgery and if all goes well, he will be fully healed in three weeks. I have totalled the cost of all his vet bills (his day vet, after hours & surgical vet), and it is $5,657.50. I still need all the help I can get to pay off the various loans taken out for these bills, so any donations made are incredibly generous & appreciated.
This total was significantly less than estimated due to the help of Cat's Protection League loaning $1,000, CatsUnloved donating $500 & the surgical team discounting $1,400 it reduced the overall cost. So a giant thank you to those charities.
