**Help Support Kobie**

Hi everyone,

I am reaching out for support for my 10-year-old son, Kobie. On August 19th, he was diagnosed with focal seizures. Just a week before, we feared he had suffered a stroke. Hearing that he has epilepsy at such a young age was incredibly difficult.

Since his diagnosis, Kobie has experienced six seizures. As a solo mum, I have been getting up every two hours to check on him, but we now need a guardian mat at night to ensure his safety and give me peace of mind. Kobie requires 24/7 care due to the frequency of his seizures.

Every dollar counts in helping us get the necessary equipment and care for Kobie.

**Update:** Recently, Kobie had a two-hour seizure, which resulted in a hospital stay and an MRI. He is now on medication, but unfortunately, his seizures have become more frequent.
