Koles journey to recovery

Today after 10 weeks and 5 days in hospital Kole got discharged it is full of so much happiness and mixed with a lot of nerves. We are slowly navigating what this means and looks like for us. Next week the community rehab kicks in with the SLT, OT and PT coming in home to do the sessions. We are still waiting on a needs assessment so we are just doing our best between kids myself and family to provide the care Kole needs. As you can tell the kids are so happy to have there dad home no matter what is involved 😍
