    Kia Ora everyone

    Our girl has been released from hospital for the past few weeks, she’s enjoyed her time heading home and spending time with family.

    At the moment our girl is back in Auckland, the medications seems to be making other important parts of her body to struggle a bit more with everything going on.

    This time around the only thing we can do is try more medicines and keep her as healthy as possible.

    I want to say she’s getting better, but we just have to keep trialing, and keep her strong mentally and physically.

    She loves the whanau so come and visit if you can.

    Thank you again for all the support from everyone.

    Kia Ora Whanau!

    Little update about tesh, dr’s have discharged our girl, surgery for her heart is unavailable at this moment, but here is hoping her medication can help mend her heart.

    All we can do is pray it works and to keep her going to her appointments. She will be assessed for eligibility for a heart transplant in another few months, if all is good with her health, and her heart she will be on a waiting list for a new one.

    As of now she is glad to be out of hospital,for now, she is currently waiting to go visit her brother whom she hasn’t seen in a good month now, longest she been away from him. But will update again soon whānau.

    Thank you for all your aroha and awhi throughout this time in Latesha’s life.

    P.S we took her to the sky tower for the first time while she was in AKL, got some good snaps of her if you haven’t seen them already.

  • Update for Tesh

    She’s been all good so far, she’s had her ups and downs, but still has that sense of humour about her.

    After an MRI scan, Latesha’s team of Auckland’s nurses and Dr’s, tells us her heart is currently working at 25% , we have her on a new set of medication to trial out so here’s hoping this will make her feel better.

    Shout out to the whānau team holding it down at the hospital with our girl during this COVID lockdown in Tāmaki. We love you guys x

      Arohamai whanau 50% is her heart at the moment. My information comes through our whanau chat.
