Help me get to the Commonwealth powerlifting championship to represent New Zealand in CANADA!

Ive been selected to compete in this international powerlifting competition as an under 57kg competitor. The competition will involve the Squat, Bench and Deadlift, going as heavy as possible! I'm a little bit worried with a few aches and pains at the moment but it wont stop me going all out on the platform!
