Lawyers Fees
Any Help appreciated for Lawyers fees

I need $1000 to retain a lawyer as my Father's will and property is being contested. They want me to sell my house to pay out $25,000 plus court costs. They were not in the will and the house was already in my name. Due to a caveat on the property, I can't get a loan for a lawyer. My father did not leave any money, if he had I would not have a problem.
I am on the pension so money is tough. I am happy for my family heirloom, I have on trading post, to be sold in order to save me from having to sell my house. My parents would have agreed. Any help is appreciated.
