Lay mum to rest

My mother & I have been living together in the home I grew up. Mum had been in & out of hospital with her heart , having one kidney. In Dec last I was diagnosed with stage 4b cancer, then mum ended up in hospital again but didn’t come home being taken too soon with a failed kidney operation. In her will she put for me to stay in the home for 2 yrs with me to pay the mortgage payments, rates, insurances, upkeep of the home & two small dogs, noting how her funeral was to be & that her funeral would be covered by her funeral insurance she had for over twenty years. Now I may have to leave the family home due to the debts owing & the funeral insurance declining any payments, as it had mistakenly not been paid for the last few months. The funeral bill is $11,497.16, the overdue water rates are $986.00, headstone $1448.50. Theres a caveat (10,085.00) & judgement (885.00) on the home. I've been meeting the terms of the will paying mortgage payments, rates, insurances, upkeep of home & dogs. Mum & I weren’t just mother/daughter we were friends; she was my rock & I hers. Mum never asked for anything from anyone, always put others before herself helping those who needed help even those that she didn’t know well. Mum tried to do what was right going to church regularly believing the lord will look after her. Please help me to raise enough to pay her funeral, water bill, headstone so our two dogs & myself can remain in the home for the remainder
