Kia ora whānau, it is with a heavy heart that my whānau and I must honour our mum (Leah Ryder) on her final journey.

If you would like to make a koha for her and the whānau to help us honour her, Arohanui mai!

She spent her life, time, money and efforts on helping people, children in need, and being a ringawera in the back of many marae in the local area. She would always help anyone who was in need and would be able to connect to people when they needed it most. For these reasons may she be remembered.

Pay for Kai, Marae hireage, Undertaker costs, Flowers, Amenities, Coffin.

Money will NOT be used for alcohol or similar items.

Dear Jack and Ford and whanau I'm so sorry to hear of this tragic loss 😢 I found out last night while on holiday. It truly broke my heart 💔 I'm sorry I won't be able to make it as I'm in the dough South Island at the mo. I have fond memories of mum on the marae, at parties, the markets and growing up. She was Awesome... We always had nice yarns and aunty you were always so easy to get along with. Your presence will be missed next time to visit up north but not forgotten. My aroha goes out to you all. Kia kaha, be kind to each other during this difficult time and may you love for mum draw you closer.
